• Your Content, Your Ownership: You retain full copyright of your uploaded content. These Terms do not transfer ownership.
• License to My Sports Archive: By uploading, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content for the operation and promotion of the Platform, including sublicensing to partners like SmugMug. No compensation will be paid for these uses.
• No Effect on Ownership: You retain full rights to use your content for your own purposes.

3. Content Guidelines and User Responsibilities

• Only upload content you own or have rights to.
• Content must comply with U.S. laws and not encourage illegal activity.
• No inappropriate content (e.g., violent, pornographic, hateful, etc.).
• No viruses, malware, or malicious code.
• Respect privacy; get permission to use likenesses or sensitive info.

Violations may result in removal or account suspension.

4. Content Moderation and Removal

• AI Moderation: Content is scanned using automated tools; these are not perfect.
• Right to Remove: We may remove content without notice.
• Law Enforcement: Illegal content may be reported to authorities.
• No Liability: We are not liable for moderation decisions or outcomes.

5. Permissible Use of the Platform and Content

• Content purchases are for personal use only.
• No unauthorized commercial use of site content.
• Respect copyright and do not redistribute or obscure credits.
• Third-party services (e.g., SmugMug) may host or fulfill content.

6. Service Availability and Data

• Service may experience downtime; availability is not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for data loss. Keep backups of your content.

• No guarantee of service availability or virus-free content.
